EauCool® offers the most comprehensive service program in the entire water industry. Often our competitors will offer to clean their coolers on a periodic basis; this typically involves cleaning the outside of the unit and changing the filters. But, our Partners in Water® program goes much further than that.

The Partners in Water® program guarantees quality of product and service.

We will:

• clean the exterior of the EauCool® system every three months using commercial grade cleaner,
  
• clean the exterior and sterilize the interior of the EauCool® system every six months, and
• sterilize the interior of the EauCool® system and change the absorption media every 12 months, or more frequently if required.
  
  ** Due to the massive capacity of our system, we typically change the absorption media long before they even reach half of their capacity. For further information, visit our product information.
  

But we don't just offer cleaning service. Our Partners in Water® program also includes our commitment to ensure that you will never have any hassles associated with your water service.

Free of charge, we will also:

• install the cooler where you want it,
• move the cooler to a new location whenever you need it moved, as many times as you want,
• inspect every EauCool® system for reliability and conduct preventative maintenance,
• provide 24 hour emergency service, responding within two hours,
• add and install additional coolers on order.

Our contracts are completely open-ended; if you are ever dissatisfied for whatever reason, just give us a call and boot us out - no hard feelings.
